Night Cap 3/4 oz. Brandy 3/4 oz. Curacao 3/4 oz. anisette 1 egg yolk Shake well with cracked ice then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Ninja Turtle 1 1/2 oz. Gin 1/2 oz. Blue Curacao Orange Juice Fill a highball glass with ice and add all ingredients. Bartending Made Easy Janette Dixon 34 Orange Fizz 2 1/2 oz. Gin 1 1/2 oz. Orange Juice 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice 2 tsp. Triple Sec 1 tsp. Sugar 2 dashes Orange Bitters Club Soda Shake well with ice then strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with club soda.
